Trim creates the outline of a room. A consistent finish can connect different spaces and make a wall colour feel complete. Tell us which baseboards, frames, windows and doors you want included so the scope does not leave gaps.
Durability starts beneath the paint
High-touch surfaces need careful assessment of the existing coating. Glossy finishes, chips, hand oils and old brush marks can affect adhesion and appearance. Preparation and primer should suit the surface, rather than relying on a coat of paint alone.
Plan for access and drying
Doors need access to their edges and enough drying time before normal use. We discuss practical sequencing in occupied homes, especially bedrooms, bathrooms and entries. Hardware handling and any repairs should be clarified in the estimate.

Only when it is part of the agreed scope. Select trim and doors as well as walls in the form if you want both assessed.
