Information about estimate requests and website measurement.
Estimate requests
When you request an estimate, we collect your selected services, city, postal code, project notes, name, phone number and email address if supplied. We use these details to respond, discuss the project and arrange an estimate. Submission does not automatically book an appointment.
Storage and notifications
Requests are retained in a hosted database. An email notification containing the request is sent to the business owner. A notification failure does not remove the stored request. Hosting, database and email providers process information to operate these services.
Website and advertising measurement
The website records visits and form progress, along with landing pages and campaign attribution parameters where available. It uses the OpenAI advertising pixel to measure accepted estimate requests. A conversion event is sent after the server confirms receipt, rather than merely when the submit button is clicked. Names, phone numbers, email addresses and project notes are not included in the pixel event payload.
Information in your browser
Session storage preserves campaign information and an unfinished form in your browser tab. The saved form is cleared after a confirmed successful submission. Closing the browser session generally clears this session data. Advertising measurement may also use browser identifiers and cookies.
